Data collected
When you use our contact form we collect: full name, email address, company (optional), country, request type, vehicle (optional) and your message. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to follow up on a commercial relationship. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for professional requests, steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the Wheels Society team and to our technical service providers (website hosting and database), bound by confidentiality. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Contact requests are kept for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time.
